Dear Friend:
I have been a psychiatrist for more than 40 years, both in private practice and teaching as an Assistant Professor at Dalhousie University medical school. During that time I have been privileged to treat thousands of patients with anxiety (including social anxiety, which is the commonest form of anxiety disorder).
I am now semi-retired and I can spend my time providing the best informationabout social anxiety and social phobia. But before I tell you about this program let me ask you:-
Are you being cheated out of life experiences?
- Do you blush and stammer with shyness when a man speaks to you?
- Does your anxiety get in the way at a job interview?
- Do you stay in a corner at parties, or avoid parties altogether?
- Does your heart pound when you eat in public?
- Does your mouth go dry when you want to speak up or speak out?
- Do you feel too shy to take an exercise class, jog in public, or many other activities?
- Are you uncomfortable socializing with your co-workers?
- Do you avoid crowds and busy shopping malls?
- Does your anxiety stop you asking a girl out on a date?
- Or being confident if a man asks you out?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, then...
